This project required strict adherence to the locality’s unique construction guidelines and the meticulous drafting of structural and plumbing designs to ensure seamless execution. Structural and Plumbing Design • Drafted the detailed structural design of the apartment, ensuring compliance with architectural requirements and safety standards. • Prepared plumbing system drawings to integrate seamlessly with the structural and architectural designs. • Ensured adherence to Bashundhara R/A’s own construction schedule and guidelines. 2. Project Management • Acted as the project head, managing all aspects of construction and on-site activities. • Coordinated with clients, contractors, site engineers, and senior architects to streamline project execution. • Regularly visited the construction site to oversee progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with the design and schedule. • Utilized MS Project to maintain daily worker sheets and progress reports. 3. Budget and Cost Management • Prepared the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) to accurately estimate construction costs. • Conducted market surveys with the site engineer to source high-quality materials at competitive prices. • Negotiated agreements with clients to finalize deals and maintain transparency. 4. Team Leadership and Coordination • Led a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and high-quality completion of tasks. • Supervised plumbing and electrical installations alongside the respective engineers. • Prepared and managed material requisition lists based on site needs to avoid delays. 5.
