MAATRA

MAATRA (মাত্রা) is a dynamic research association, where alphabetically the abbreviation stands for Multiethnic Aesthetic Architectural and Transcultural Research Association. The association brings together experts from various fields, including architecture, urban planning, and cultural studies, to conduct research and promote understanding of the ways in which different cultures shape and are shaped by the built environment. The goal of MAATRA is to foster a deeper understanding of the cultural, social, and historical factors that influence the design and construction of buildings and public spaces, and to use this knowledge to inform the creation of more inclusive and sustainable communities.
