Abhishek Singha

I am a civil engineer from Bangladesh with a focused specialisation in construction project management, structural design, and BIM-enabled project workflows. I currently serve as Assistant Manager – Tender Department at Property Development Ltd (PDL), the in-house construction arm of the PRAN-RFL Group — one of Bangladesh's largest and most internationally recognised industrial conglomerates, exporting to over 145 countries worldwide. I graduated from the Military Institute of Science & Technology (MIST), an IEB-accredited engineering institution aligned with the Washington Accord, recently ranked in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2026. Beyond engineering, I am a photographer, musician, and heritage advocate. As a Bishnupriya Manipuri, I am committed to preserving my community's built heritage — through designing traditional Inchao houses, documenting indigenous architecture, and digitising cultural manuscripts. These pursuits are not separate from my technical work; they deepen my understanding of how built environments carry meaning, memory, and identity. I am a multidisciplinary practitioner driven by one question: how do we build things that are technically rigorous, economically sound, and humanly meaningful?
